Hypatia Rubi Amaro

Hypatia Rubi Amaro is a 750ml, 48-proof American amaro with a rich ruby color and a distinctly modern, savory profile. It opens with bitter blood orange peel and a floral lift of lemon verbena, then moves through maraschino cherry and orange black tea spice.

The mid-palate fills out with savory mushroom and toasted walnut weight before a crisp red endive and woody grape stalk finish. Sip it neat or over ice as an aperitivo or digestif, top it with soda for a spritz, or use it as a bitter modifier in Negroni and Manhattan variations.
