Carya Golf Club: Modern Golf Course Map

Carya Golf Club in Belek, Turkey, is a modern classic on the Turkish Riviera, and this map captures its poise with a quietly luxurious touch. Rendered in a refined, contemporary style, it presents the course as a piece of art while preserving the flow, character, and strategy that make Carya so memorable to play. For those who have walked its heathland-inspired corridors or dream of doing so, it’s a beautifully composed tribute to one of Turkey’s most admired golfing destinations.

From above, the routing reveals an expansive, open rhythm. Long, olive-green corridors sweep mostly east–west across the composition, punctuated by elegant diagonals that add movement and variety. A graceful, elongated lake sits at the heart of the plan, tightly framed by fairways above and below; smaller ponds at the upper-right and lower-left lend perfect visual balance. Narrowing necks, broader landing areas, and soft bends give each hole a distinctive silhouette, while delicate, sand-toned flecks cluster along fairway edges and water—an artful nod to the course’s sculpted bunkering and ever-present choices from the tee.

The surrounding landscape is suggested by small chains of green dots and dashes, evoking tree-lined separations and landscaped islands without cluttering the scene. The result is a map that feels spacious and calm, yet quietly charged with strategic tension: bold carries skirting water, safer routes that demand precise placement, and a seamless cadence from hole to hole. It’s Carya’s personality distilled—modern, heathland-influenced, and tournament-ready—expressed in shapes, contrasts, and line.

Created from high-resolution mapping sources and designed with a minimalist palette, this piece balances accuracy with elegance. The crisp double-line border, centered typography, and timeless layout make it as suitable for a sophisticated interior as it is meaningful to a golfer. Opened in 2008 and already a course of real pedigree, Carya deserves to be celebrated; this map is an evocative way to commemorate a special round, a long-held club connection, or a sun-soaked golf trip to Belek.
