Butterfly Classic Absinthe revives a genuine American absinthe recipe: it is based on the 1902 formula of the Butterfly Absinthe made in Boston before the U.S. ban, rediscovered and recreated in the traditional way in Switzerland's Val-de-Travers, the birthplace of absinthe. It is distilled from wormwood, green anise and fennel with a distinctive addition of mint and citrus zest, then naturally colored with herbs. Bottled at 65% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
